Underwriting investigations

To prevent and reduce the occurrence of fraudulent claims, Integrity Indonesia provides underwriting investigation services. Our consultants will design an underwriting program for our clients. Based on the agreed scope of work, our investigators will conduct a range of verifications and obtain evidence to support the underwriting process.

Claim investigations

Integrity Indonesia provides claim investigations to insurance companies to collect all related facts and necessary evidence to accept or reject the claim. The claims are related to life insurance, health, and general insurance policies.

Our investigators conduct the following activities:

Interviews with neighbourhood
representatives and neighbours
Interviews
with employers
Interviews with patients,
family or friends of patients
Directory searches
(phone directories, online directories, database)
Search for witnesses
Request for information, medical records
Focused media checks
(Internet and newspapers, obituaries, etc.)
Collection of photographic evidence
Surveillance & activity checks
Taking statements
(handwritten, signed statements, tape-recorded)
Verifications with relevant national or regional institutions or organizations such as health departments, police units, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, doctors, undertakers, funeral homes, and or crematoria
