Head of Business Development


Integrity Indonesia provides services related to the prevention, detection, and investigation of fraud (www.integrity-indonesia.com). As a rapidly expanding company, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of Head of Business Development.

Head of Business Development is responsible for successfully driving the output by achieving sales targets and improving market share by prospecting and following up actively on all leads. The Head of Sales will report to Managing Director with responsibilities as below:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing a multi-cultural sales team
  • Developing a sustainable business, accountable for business growth in all countries
  • Cascading the annual target and manage sales planning process for the team
  • Developing own sales
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting

Job Requirements:

  • A high degree of professional Ethics and Integrity
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experience at least 10 years in B2B sales
  • Regional exposure
  • Strong financial analytical experience
  • Experience in handling top-level management
  • Highly developed communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Good command of MS Office
  • Good interpersonal skill and self-starter, driven personality with passion for learning and development
  • Experience leader in managing team to deliver result in a fast-paced environment
  • Whilst fluency in English both spoken and written is a must, mastering other languages will be an advantage
