General Affair Supervisor


Integrity Indonesia provides services related to the prevention, detection, and investigation of fraud ( As a rapidly expanding company, self-motivated and result-oriented individuals with the proper qualifications and mindset might be interested in taking the available position of General Affair Supervisor. The General Affair Supervisor will report to the Head of Finance & GA with responsibilities as below:


Job Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for rent, utilities, general insurance, office, and operational equipment
  • Liaise with external vendors and negotiate the purchase of office supplies and equipment in accordance with company purchasing policy and budget
  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining office facilities, include building, vehicles, electronic equipment, pantry, and stationery
  • Maintaining and updating inventory
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Administrative support for travel arrangements and bookings
  • Management and supervision of Petty Cash
  • Supervision of Office Helper staff and Receptionist/Cashier
  • Creating and updating SOPs related to expense claims, purchasing policies

Job Requirements: 

  • 35 – 40 years old
  • Minimum Education Diploma Degree any major
  • Experienced as GA Supervisor at least for 3 years
  • Experienced handling expatriate working permit administration
  • Have a good knowledge of office facilities management & handling
  • Have a good negotiation skill, task, and time management
  • Strong administration skill (Ms. Office literate)
  • Strong leadership, detail-oriented, agile, and good coordinator
  • Passive English skill
