Movie Time!
On June 24, 2022, one of the departments at PT Integrity Indonesia held an early semester meeting to evaluate the achievements and success of the first six months and strategies to deal with high activity in the coming semester.
The event was held on the beautiful rooftop of PT Integrity Indonesia’s head office. It was opened with a short speech from the Assistant Manager, and then continued with a meeting session led by the Head of the Department, Ms. Azhara Khayati.
Employee engagement activities are carried out regularly with the aim of increasing teamwork and fostering bonds. Even though the middle of the year is usually the busiest time, the team does not forget to do fun activities together.
The meeting session was closed with a lovely dinner and discussion, where all members could convey fresh and innovative ideas for the advancement of specific departments. At the end of the event, a movie night was held, where the team took a group photo.
This event is one of several employee engagement programs held by the company to strengthen the togetherness of the employees and the company as a whole.
