Employee Suggestion Program with ICE BOX
“Give one idea, get one ice cream”, that is the slogan which brought by the program held on February 26th. Every employee of Integrity Indonesia provides suggestions and ideas on a piece of paper and each of them gets ice cream. The purpose of this program is to provide an aspiration room for employees. Details of ideas and suggestions are presented to management for brainstorming materials of what might be realized. Generally, employees are very enthusiastic about the program which hopefully will be sustainable.
